Yoga Nidra is a yogic sleep meditation practice that moves you through a delicate process into a deep conscious awareness sleep. It is a powerful technique for controlling your body's relaxation response and can ease ongoing stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, and release tension and pain.

This warm heated class combines your breath with a gentle movement yoga flow to release tension in the body, bring relaxation to mind, and nourish the soul. 

ELEMENTAL UNWINDING 
Elemental Unwinding is a practice that works with the toroidal field of your body to balance the polarity and cranial sacral principles within to expand your energy field by moving through each elemental.

This gentle warm heated class is a fusion of meditation, breath work, Kriya, mantra, and flow designed to increase the body's ability to contain energy which boosts the immune system, activates dormant and underused parts of the brain, and releases "knots" of old/trapped energy from the energy centers/chakras.

Restorative yoga utilizes props in supported positions to relax, rejuvenate, refresh, and restore the body with gentle attention directed toward the breath to calm the mind, body,

Kundalini yoga is a powerful practice of moving the body while incorporating the breath to circulate energy up the spine, activating all the glands

and nervous system to reset, recalibrate, and deepen meditative states through specific exercises, expanding the entire being.

A relaxing and deep experience involving a series of long-held, passive floor poses between 2-7 minutes. Yin switches off our fight-or-flight mode and offers passive, seated, and supine poses to stretch connective tissue safely. Accessible to all levels, ages, and beginners. 

 HOT VIN TO YIN ❁

Hot Vin to Yin combines the yang element of vinyasa yoga, beginning with active yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows to enliven the body, focus the mind, and stretch muscular tissue, then eases into yin yoga which switches off our fight-or-flight mode, and offers passive, seated and supine poses the safely stretch connective tissue. Accessible to all levels, ages, and beginners.

This hot heated vinyasa class offers unique sequences emphasizing sequential movement coordinated with deliberate breathing to cultivate a moving meditation that increases strength, flexibility, and fluidity in the body and mind.

 HEALING SOUND BATH & MEDITATION 

This meditation will consist of light breath work for centering the body, mind, and spirit, then lead into any combination of healing sounds from the gong, crystal bowls, drums, voice, Harmonium, and bells for complete release and relaxation. 

 THE ART OF CHANT 

Chanting is a spiritual practice that is the musical repetition of powerful sounds used to create vibrations throughout the body, calm the mind, and be your yoga practice. 

 PRENATAL YOGA 

This class is designed for pregnant people to prepare their minds, body, and spirit for their birthing journey by practicing various postures to help balance the pelvis, build stamina for birth, and ease many common symptoms experienced during pregnancy. Invite your partner, doula, mother, sister, or friend; it is open to anyone curious and inspired to learn more about increasing well-being during pregnancy. Safe for all levels.
