About the event
This special event will be co-taught by Lindsay Molleo + Stephanie Bard.
The movement methodology is known as IGNITE the Class - an energetically charged, hybrid HIIT + dance fit-fusion yoga practice that invites you to feel empowered within your own vessel, raise your body's vibration, and ascend you to your highest alignment. We’ll move through each chakra with intentional movements, such as intuitive sequencing, primordial ecstatic dance, and sacred twerk, to illuminate our primal selves while connecting to our bodies with somatic experiencing and deep soul connections.
