About the event
A group Sadhana practice amplifies the impact of meditation. Aquarian Sadhana encourages practice at the auspicious ambrosial hours where the sun is at a 60 degree angle to the earth. This allows for amplification of the energetic impact of collective practice. Aquarian Sadhana begins with a Japji reading and meditation, followed by a Kriya set and integration, and concludes with engagement in a recitation and vocalization of the Aquarian mantras. This practice will leave you energized and cleared to invite in the day ahead.
