Ecstatic Dance, also known as conscious dance, is an invitation to return to your most natural forms of expression: sound and movement. Sound is the first sense we develop. Movement is the second. This practice reconnects us with our innate rhythm and reminds us what it feels like to inhabit a body that is free to move, feel, and express.
