Time: 9 am to 5 pm with a revitalizing lunch break. Start your day with a light meal and bring a meditation blanket or shawl for comfort. Feel free to enhance your experience by bringing a floor chair, bolsters, or anything that makes your day more enjoyable. Ensure you have paper and a writing implement; please refrain from phone or computer use throughout the day.
