Join us on Sunday, March 12th, from 4:20pm-6:20pm, at Buddha Bella Healing Center, for an elevated sound and meditation journey that utilizes the power of sound frequencies, vibration and guided meditation to bring harmony to the body, mind and soul. Your guides are Jennifer Miles of Cannakula and Born Lopez of Harmonized Concepts. The session starts with some deeps breaths, light Qigong movement and a gentle stretch, to open the meridians or energy channels of the body, to create a healthy and unobstructed flow of life-force energy to the organs of the body. Once we have relaxed the body, we then shift into a meditative journey composed of tranquil frequencies, layered soundscapes, harmonizing vibrations, live instruments and guided meditation. This experience is enhanced by immersive audio headphones that provide a distraction free environment, allowing for practitioners to focus on the internal experience.
