About kambo:
"The vaccine of the jungle" has a variety of spiritual, mental, and physical benefits. It is a natural anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic substance that can boost immune system, improve mental functions, detox liver and intestines, break down emotional blocks.
How to prepare:
-fasted day of ceremony, herbal tea ok
-no medication or herbal supplements day of
-any prescription medications or mental health issues or medical diagnoses must contact Brandi prior to the ceremony via text
-avoid street drugs, meat, processed foods, and sexual activities 3 days prior
Ceremony:
-opening circle, introduction, intention setting.
-kambo circle including 3 sacred medicines (hapè and sananga)
-closing circle with fruit and coconut water
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes, hair tie, water bottle, journal, blanket, change of clothes (in case it gets weird)
