Flow to the music of high energy and strength with Deby & Anzela as they co-create leading your 108 sun salutations for the Spring Equinox. This class will be indoors with infared heat -- complete with a sound bath and a transmission from the sun God Ra!
Drink lots of water the day before. This is for all levels as you will be instructed to listen to the flow of your body and movement for this practice.
There is no need to worry whether you'll finish all 108 salutations -- this is merely the goal. Some will be faster than others. Some will take breaks while others will continue to move at a more rapid pace. Some will modify their flow while others will keep it traditional.
There is no competition Energy here -- we are all equal in our own practices when we show up!
Bring a mat, blanket and water.
