Our approach combines practical experiences and thoughtful study, encouraging participants to develop a personal practice and explore the deeper dimensions of yogic science.
This course is designed for everyone; there are no prohibitions based on physical condition. Every student, regardless of their starting point, is not just welcome but will find valuable benefits in this inclusive and enriching program.

**The scheduled hours may be subject to change, and the presence of 30-minute lunch breaks will be determined by the day's curriculum.
$3450 Full registration - must be paid by February 16th
